Mr. Nogales received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law, in Norman Oklahoma; and his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University, in Provo Utah. Mr. Nogales was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to Pennsylvania when he was a young boy. He is married and resides in Suwanee, Georgia.
