A. Christopher Nogales
Mr. Nogales is the principal attorney and senior partner at The Nogales Law Firm.  He was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 2001 and is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Furthermore, he has been admitted to the Federal District Court of North Georgia and the Court of Appeals for the state of Georgia. 

Mr. Nogales was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to the United States when he was a young boy.  He graduated from Brigham Young University in May 1993 and later from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1997.   

Legal Experience

Mr. Nogales has over eight years experience working exclusively in the areas of Immigration and Real Estate Law.  The law firm is strongly involved and active in the Latin community; moreover we are also active in our pro-bono support of the community.  We have closed thousands of real estate loans, we have worked with SBA 504 loans and we have handled loans for as little as fifty thousand dollars to multi million dollars.  We are always working on staying current of the real estate law’s and we are constantly looking for opportunities to show our skills to new lenders.  Everyone at the firm is trained in the latest Real Estate Law and the latest changes that may affect our lenders. 

The Nogales Law Firm is also proud of its immigration practice.  The firm handles all types of immigration work, from going before the immigration court on an asylum matter, transactional work like family petitions to L-1 and H-1B visas which are used to bring skilled and needed workers into the United States.
